Ballard babies

Macadam has been spending some time getting to know his neighbors, hanging out with some other people his own size (well, he's technically much younger in baby weeks but it works).

Here he is with our neighbor, Jack, who's getting close to a year and has the crawl, or rather, the jackknife down pat. They started out together but Jack quickly put some distance between them. He was so fast, it was hard to catch him in the act.

And we're so happy that Bernie and her parents are in Ballard now too, it makes impromptu meet ups even more fun. I am hoping Macadam takes on Bernie's tolerance for shades this summer (can you handle her cuteness??!!).



I'd probably be insulting Oliver and Aili if they knew I included them in the baby group but these are Macadam's "older" friends. They both love seeing what he's up to and making sure he gets enough baby juice as Aili calls it (milk). These two are super adorable in our eyes, we'll be lucky if Macadam turns out half as sweet and kind:).
